Udang ku yg 1st skali naik... Yg labih nya ada 14 ekor lagi, lau kan di masukkan sini banyak tu... Size.. macam² ada... dari basar lagi kelingking sampai ke sauh... Ahhh... kurang labih macam kelingking... hahaha...

@ Anduki park - we caught 1 ungah, 1 ketambak & 1 katam

Danau's Mallet double strike - 2 ekor andapong kah tu... was caught dalam masa 1 minit. Balum lagi sampat naik yang awal sudah tia kana tarik lagi satu rod. Pancing yang big-big nada kana sambar as the water was not that gewd ahakzz.. thank you

Langui saja tia... lauk di bawah kali ah... bukan di atas... yang ko langui-langui tu buat apa...

ada eyhh... iatah penutup untuk 2008 ni...

nda plang basar tapi melawan macam mamanya...

bait: crabs and fresh fish (use the crab to catch small fish then we cut it up for fresh bait) and small skitter popper (casting)

Our trip to Anduki Park on 27/7/2008. Not so many bites as the water tide was going low. No mangroove jack was caught as was to be featured catch expected. But I caught this babe.. umpak. p/s. The crab is not mine... it's Adi Riza.

Nothing like fishing in salt water, here, once you drop your lure something will strike (if the tide is right) p/s. Masdi sasak lagi aku lurih belida... wahaaaaa....

Fishing @ Sungai Bunga Jetty

Sungai Bunga Jetty. Very crowded with anglers at this time (12.07.08 @12am). One of the most popular fishing spot at BSB don't really know why. I never caught anything larger than 2kgs. But see all those people at the end of te jetty, they've caught 4kgs stingray and some other. Might be because the water is a lot deeper at that end of the jetty.

This is my brother Ronney waiting for a bite on his end of the line. A lot of action but sadly nothing was landed. Next time bro...

Ahhh... kambang... His first catch since he lost his net, haha.. This beauty is about 1kg or less.

Featured catch. I think this is why they call this place Sungai Bunga. See that thing at the end of my line.... that's a flower pot and Sungai Bunga means Flower River.... lol

Udang Galah @ Tutong River

ahaaa... my first catch at 7am of 11.07.2008. Not much of a fighter but my tiny rod was went that 'C' shape again.... hahahahaaa

Probably the fifth catch of the day by me. Quite small, just the size of my thumb plus another one.

Ahh... sad story this one. Masdi caught at least 11 udang galah, but guess what??? he lost all of it because he was hanging that net of his by a pole inside the water so that the udang can live brought home to be fresh. It all sank into the river as the rope tied to the pole somehow loosen. His phrase " macam lain saja.... nahhh... banar lapas net ku..." hahahahahaha. New meaning of "Catch and Release" to Masdi.

Few of my catch which I kept in a coolbox (safer) with ice to keep it fresh. I caught only 7 or 8 of them beauties. Did not break my last year record of 100+ udang galah in one day. Anyway it was time well wasted.... hahahahahaaa

Exmouth Australia! Beach Fishing

Beautiful beach 25km north of Exmouth. The boats in the pictures are charter Tourist Tours and Fishing Charter Boats. The water is only 1-3 feet deep until 10 meters out where it gets deeper.

Catch: Bream-Black

Bait:Pusu (berjual diSupamarket!)

Weight:1.8 Kg + 1.4 Kg

Equipment: A borrowed rod and reel! lol

Line: 50 lbs

I actually caught a couple more but 'practice catch and release!' (benar nya ada limit.. kalau labih kena fine che.. hahaha)

Guess what..? I had nothing to do today so I decided to go riding on my scooter. My destination was all the fishing spots @ Tutong. I also went to Penanjong beach and see what it can offer. Lumut breakwater is a good place to go fishing but if you happen to see a couple of bouy's smack in the middle of the ocean, better pack up and move to another place. They trap all the big fish with those bloody nets.

We've hauled in nice catches that night... we fish for fun and so should everyone too . Very nice and relaxing here at anduki park. We're across the lake next to the big bridge.

We decided to pack up and move to another spot, located near the playground area in the vicinity of a small bridge and resumed on the beach side.

The total catch after the day: 2 Ungah (Mangrove Jacks) and Kirong (Scavanger fishes)

Weight: Around 1kg each.

Bait: 1 sliced fish and 1 small live fish bait

So what are u waiting for?? Come and try fishing here! Me other angler mates casted there and wow... they sure caught some big fishes (which i've never got before... chikporak.. i'm lame! ) :) but remember always, Patience... it goes a long way from just being another virtue. Cheers

our bait was fresh caught fish and using it's meat when we both ran out prawns. it was a hot morning and our lines kept tangle up either casting accidently above the tree branches or our sinkers got stuck at the bottom of the river on something. then we found out what causes the problem!! nice try fishy~ we got the upper hand now
